Description:

 This line is suitable for producting PVC Steel Wire Reinforced Flexible Pipe. The wall thickness is transparent flexible PVC material, inside is spiral steel wire, the superiority of which includes Crushing Resistance,Corrosion Resistance, Antistatic and Good Liquidity, etc. suitable for supplying high-pressure and flammble gas or fluid. This kiind of pipe is mainly used in the line of Mechanism, Chemical, Construction, Agricultrual Irrigation and Vacuum Equipment, etc.

Hauling-off unit adopts particular pedrail structure, which is easy and convenient for operation; pedrail clamping uses mechanical and pneumatic combining system, which is more reliable.

Cutting system adopts saw blades and planetary cutting means; sumping uses hydraulic system , which ensures the smooth cross section; equipped with dust-collecting unit, which ensures the clean working environment.

 

Process:

Raw material + additive → mixing → granulating → conveying feeding → single screw extruder → extruding mould → spray cooling water tank →belt haul-off → fiber winder → warm-up oven → single screw extruder → mould → spray cooling water tank → belt haul-off → meter measure → winder → finished product inspecting & packing .
